is from the Sandhills area. Amy graduated from UNC-Wilmington with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University. Amy is certified by NAPNAP, the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and joined the practice in 1996. Amy is married and has 3 grown children. She is an advocate of breastfeeding and has a particular interest in infectious diseases and metabolic diseases.
