Did you know you can schedule your child’s well child appointment via your patient portal?  When you log on, you’ll see a Schedule Appointment button right under Upcoming Appointments.  If your child has special needs or mental health concerns and you think you might need extra time with your provider or if you would like to schedule more than two siblings on the same day, please call to confirm your appointment.
