Emily Smith, LCMH

is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor with 23 years of experience working with children and families. She is also a Licensed School Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Grief Professional. Mrs. Smith received her master’s in clinical and school counseling and her education specialist degree in marriage and family counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from Walden University. Mrs. Smith has worked in outpatient settings, group homes, psychiatric residential treatment facilities, and school settings. Her specialties include disordered eating, anxiety and depression, and grief and loss.
