is from Atlanta, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia. She completed medical school at the Medical College of Georgia and completed her pediatric residency at The Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia. Dr. Chesley is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She met her husband in medical school and has followed him in the Army. She worked in Texas and Washington prior to returning to the southeast. She enjoys all aspects of pediatrics but takes a special interest in breastfeeding and preventative medicine. She loves being home with her husband and four children exploring the outdoors and playing sports
