is from Fairfax, Virginia.  She graduated with her undergraduate degree from St. Andrews University and received her Masters from UNC-Pembroke.  While working on her Master’s degree, Ms. Pierce completed both of her internships at Sandhills Pediatrics.  She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate as well as the Mental Health Case Manager.  With experience in individual and family therapy, her areas of interest include autism, behavioral problems, anxiety and depressive disorders and interpersonal problems.  Ms. Pierce provides individual and family therapy, care coordination and case management for established Sandhills Pediatrics patients.
