Sarah Carr, MD grew up in Carmel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from Saint Louis University. She completed her pediatric residency training at St. Louis Children’s Hospital at Washington University. Dr. Carr is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has special interests in breastfeeding, foster care, and first time parents. Dr. Carr met and married her husband in medical school and has followed him in the Air Force. She previously worked as a general pediatrician in Texas before moving to North Carolina. Dr. Carr has two young kids and enjoys running, hiking, and finding the best playgrounds.
